Enjoy the views from inside and out with two spacious oceanside decks on which to relax and enjoy! A convenient coffee bar is yours to utilize with a nice screened in porch in the back in which to sit back and relax. This beautifully updated home is perfectly situated between Surf City and Topsail with easy access to both town centers in each direction!

Amenities

This house is not childproof and not suitable for small children. This house is also not handicapped accessible and requires climbing two flights of stairs for entry. This is a quiet section of the beach which is perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation in your own private beach house and personalized access code. Strict quiet hours begin at 9 PM and there are absolutely no parties allowed at this property.

The first bedroom is the master bedroom upstairs and has plenty of space with its own bathroom. The second bedroom is directly across from the hall full bathroom, and is the first bedroom on the right as you walk down the downstairs hall. The second downstairs bedroom has direct lower balcony access and its own full bathroom. The third downstairs bedroom from the main entry hallway next to the Carolina room. This third downstairs bedroom can sleep up to 4 guests, as it has a queen bed and a small pull out double bed underneath it, which slides out underneath it (this underneath rollout bed on the floor is probably best for kids, as it is basically a mattress which rolls out on the floor).
